By creating content in VSHOTT, publishing content for shared use or resale via any future store we provide, or directly sharing content within VSHOTT, you understand and agree that no additional rights are conveyed to you or the recipient regarding the content shared. The ownership and rights to any content remain with their respective owners. Additionally, Aussie Designed Software Pty Ltd does not gain any rights over the content shared through its services.
2. Liability for Unauthorized Content
If you use content in VSHOTT to which you do not have the rights, you assume full responsibility and liability for any consequences. Aussie Designed Software Pty Ltd is not liable for any disputes, claims, or damages arising from unauthorized use of content.
3. Republishing Content
If you publish free or paid content for others to download and use via VSHOTT, you:
- Indemnify Aussie Designed Software Pty Ltd against any claims, liabilities, or damages related to the content.
- Assert that you either own the rights to the content or have correctly attributed any reused content to its rightful owner.
4. Abuse of Service
Aussie Designed Software Pty Ltd reserves the right to determine what constitutes abuse of its services. Abuse includes, but is not limited to:
- Attempting to upload or share content to which you do not have rights.
- Sending unreasonable amounts of data or engaging in excessive activity that disrupts the service for others.
- Using the platform for malicious purposes, such as distributing harmful software or engaging in harassment.
- Circumventing security measures or attempting unauthorized access to VSHOTT’s systems.
Users found to be engaging in abuse may have their access to VSHOTT services suspended or terminated without notice, at the sole discretion of Aussie Designed Software Pty Ltd.5. Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable from the remaining terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the other provisions.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Western Australia. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.
